You should also know you probably have slept a lot more than you think but just don't realize it. Your mind and body's requirement for sleep is stronger than your insomnia. If you just let go of the worry, even for a little while, you will be able to sleep -- even if it doesn't feel like it. Just accept rest for now. That will lead you to sleep.
Be sure to see your doctor or therapist. That is the best way to get the help you need to get past this. Be confident you can make this better, and please keep us posted on how you're doing.
