Thanks for the wishes guys. Also, yes Morpheus I pick up an oximeter next Wednesday, sleep with it that night and the next morning I have an appointment with a sleep specialist. I'm not sure if I'll have other appointments after that one or not. Unless I magically start sleeping better the rest of this week, I really hope my correct night doesn't happen on that wednesday night!
On a kind of random note, I had a fasting test done and looked at my nutrition information for one of my classes. It didn't say below a certain point was bad but I suspect all of my numbers are way to low. Most people have too high cholesterol, triglycerides, etc but it listed a value and below as good but I was WAY below that value. The only thing I was a little high on was blood pressure. It wasn't horrible but I was in the pre hypertension category. Poor sleep increases blood pressure so I'm not sure if my semi high blood pressure was related to sleeping poor lately or because of being stressed in general.
I haven't really applied certain suggestions from scholarly articles but since I'm a university student, I have access to online scholarly resources that normal people have to pay to get. So I'm found some scholarly articles and books with information on CBT, Reframing, Actual Ebooks on stress management (although I probably won't have time to read them at this time), and a little other information. Now that I've gathered the information I plan on slowly applying it/practicing it. It also so happens I'm taking a sports psychology class and learning about stress and anxiety right now. We haven't yet but I'm pretty sure we're going to start practicing hypnosis, visualization/imagery, and relaxation before the semester is over.
