The reality is you more than likely will be just fine even if you didn't sleep as well as you'd like. In fact, some of us in this group would love to sleep in until 5:40 a.m. (you didn't say what time you went to bed, presuming it's a "normal" time).
The reality is we'll perform just fine even if we don't feel that way. That's why you can let it go.
