I think it's helpful to remember that it's pretty normal to have an off night for everyone - those who deal with insomnia, and those who don't - when it comes to sleep every now and again. Some nights are just plain better than others and that's ok - getting anxious or worried about it has the potential to turn it into something more. Chalk it up to one bad night and move on with what sounds like a pretty successful treatment plan.
There are lots of things you can do to improve upon and support healthy sleep. I'm sure you've done tons of research and know most of them.
The ones that help me the most are keeping a consistent sleep/wake schedule, adding some quiet time/meditation before bed and limiting caffeine throughout the day.
