In any case, you can help yourself sleep better by adopting a sleep-supportive lifestyle. This includes such things as a consistent sleep schedule, and in particular a consistent wake-up time, daily exercise, a relaxing wind-down period before bed, and a cool, dark, quiet bedroom environment. All of these kinds of things will help you sleep better.
