I honestly haven't had the balls and discipline to do sleep restriction therapy but I'm SLOWLY improving. You might try sleep restriction therapy and if not at least change try changing your sleeping time somewhat. If I were you I would either stay up a full night without going to bed or set your alarm clock for several hours earlier than you normally wake up. Do that for a day or a few with no naps and doing some exercise and I promise you that you'll be able to go to bed earlier. Once you're able to go to sleep better, make sure you don't oversleep one night or you'll pay the price. Keep your sleep time consistent.
Try to shoot for small goals of going to bed earlier untill you can at like midnight or 1 a.m. Ultimately if you want to work a morning job you're gonna have to ditch your late job because almost everyone needs at minimum an hour or so to wind down from work before they can go back to bed. But worry about that once you are able to fall asleep by something a little more realistic like midnight-1 A.M.
