Then, whatever new health problems(minor or major) you get, there is nothing to do as long as you do not sleep well. I already mentioned that I think I am developing a heart and immune system problem, I have tightness in my chest a lot, not to mention forgetfulness and loss of coordination. Insomnia brings many health problem, just ignore it in your mind at least.
Like I said next thursday I have a couple appointments; I'm kind of questioning whether I want to take sleep medications or not. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be asked if I'm opposed to them or not. Based on how some assessment went last time, I'm pretty sure I will be diagnosed with a bunch of mental health stuff. So I likely will be prescribed stuff to treat them. I just worry that eventually they will quit working like numerous people on this sight have said.
Well, I read. I watch tv. I get on the computer. I do homework.
I stare at the ceiling. I write. I play guitar, ETC.
See where I'm going with this?
Our eyes naturally are very busy when we are awake.
They still need to close, moisturize and rest.
If you miss having bright eyes....you must rest them, whether you can sleep or not. My eyes get to be looking like some one shot arrows through them. Especially after 48+ hours of no sleep.
Homework took a huge toll on my eyes @ 2-3 hrs a day.
If I have a social or public obligation following a night or two of no sleep, one hour of keeping my eyes closed has made a huge difference in my appearance and those pesky little spots that float through the air that aren't really there!
I hope you found a solution...maybe eye drops?
