Still getting counseling?
Still taking antidepressants?
I'm not taking anything except usually an aspirin. Most nights I end up with migraine headaches so bad because of sleeping bad the night before + having my huge school work load. Luckily I feel like I am getting smarter so things are improving in my performance BUT the sleep part isn't and if it would, I'd be taken my success to the next level. I have no idea what we're going to discuss at my appointment of tuesday. I'll mention to him that I'm only sleeping good about every other night and see if he has any comments but like he said, most cases aren't as bad as mine and unfortunately the world isn't put on hold for me so I have to do things occasionally like taking long naps in order to even be safe driving or to get anything done.
Also suggest be sure you counselor knows what meds you are taking, and try to confirm your treatment plan so you can work it. If you're not sure what to do, maybe ask for more specifics.
Every day a little progress. Sure there's ups and downs, everyone has that. But be confident that by working your plan over time, it will get better.
