As far as sleep restriction goes, I slept like a LOG last night. I did cheat though and didn't get up at 6 cause I had a feeling I'd sleep good that night. I woke up naturally at 8:15 A.M. The tough part for my struggles in sleeping is that it seems like I'm only able to sleep when I'm absolutely desperate, usually after a day where I literally worked out all day. I'm hoping sleeping restriction will bring back some consistency. It's also really weird to me that I feel more tired today after having slept great than yesterday on little to no sleep. I think my system is so out of wack that I feel more tired the day I wake up after having slept good. It's also really weird, I noticed that underneath my eyes doesn't have darkspots the days where I slept poor but does on the ones I slept good. Honestly this is the weirdest thing I've ever seen.
