You sound so busy! I'm impressed that you can keep your schedule straight!
I can only imagine that it must be hard to shut the day off when it comes time for bed. The depression and anxiety only add to the problem.
I don't have any great words of advice, but I do think it's great thay you are able to accomplish so much between work and school, and your hobbies. I hope that you can find a balance where your meds work to decrease your anxiety, and your sleep improves.

My suggestion would be to work on more balanced personal growth. Not just career, education, work, money, but be sure to build in time for other, frankly, equally if not more important aspects of life.
They include: family. Love. Marriage. A relationship with a significant other. Appreciating the arts, such as music, painting, sculpture, performing arts. Spirituality. Religion if that's your thing. Building a positive social support network. Friends. Exercise and physical fitness.
Feeling like you're growing in many aspects of life may go a long way to help you feel less bored and more fulfilled.
