Hi, I've had insomnia for a majority of my life now, currently 22. I had numerous episodes like many of you where it was almost unbearable. I've recently relased again without any warning and am now currenlty 3 days without sleep. Usually when i relaspe it's my anxiety overreacting, which i do believ its affecting it but this feels alot more physical as i wake up every hour or so and only manage to sleep 3-4 a night. When i'm fully awake im extremely tried and feel like i never slept, my eyes epecially are dry and heavy. My relaspes frustratingly always happen at the most unconvient times as i was working on important projects and beng extremely productive. As a hypochondriac i also fear for the worst and that just adds to my anxiety. I set up an appointmnt which hopefully brings light onto what could be causing this. Does anybody have any advice for easy falling to sleep and staying asleep? Anyone going through the same?
