Wondering why you don't consult your doc on this question. That person has examined you, knows your medical history, other meds you've used or maybe are now taking, contraindications, adverse side effects you've experienced, etc etc. None of us in the group has done any of that, so none of us can or really should try to give you medical advice, and it's dangerous to infer what works medically for one person will work for another.

May work for you though but I would advise caution.
Hope that of some help anyway.
I have had the exact opposite experience of getting addicted. The more I take them the less I like them. It helps me sleep, but I get a hangover effect the next day anyway so what's the point??
Now I usually only take a half of the lowest dose pill available if needed and when I do it's for one of my two big phobias - dentist appointments and lightning storms! (As well as visits with my mother, but yeah... moms AmIRight???)
