But I feel I must respond to a couple of items. One, you "can't sleep". Nonsense. Of course you can. Everyone sleeps, to some extent. We have to. The truth is we can't not sleep. Maybe not as good as we like, but we do.
I suspect what you really mean is you aren't sleeping as well as you'd like. There's a key difference there, because it's more accurate for one, and also because that implies you have the capacity to make it better. And you can.
Second, the emotion of jealousy. I feel it too, and have succumbed to it, like most everyone has. But I'm here to tell you intensely negative emotions like jealousy, hatred, envy, guilt, and shame are doing you no good. I wouldn't be surprised if stewing on feelings like that are perpetuating your sleeping problems.
Having gone through horrible insomnia myself, I really feel for people who are desperate to sleep. So I say all this with good intentions in response to your post. I suppose you might not hear this kind of thing anywhere else.
