I actually think I wake up because my body is craving nicotine...I'm trying to NOT smoke in the middle of the night cause it is just not healthy...
savage..I don't know if you work. I don't...so I was told my my therapist to not stress about WHEN I sleep or how long...because the panic I am causing myself is causing me not to sleep.
She says when I am tired...I will sleep, if I'm awake...why not be productive if you can.
I never GET up...I toss and turn and panic.....so good for you for getting up and distracting yourself..If you feel awake...don't worry too much about it..maybe you will sleep better the next time.
