I have been married for 30 years ,my wife left on March 3rd 2018 because of her love and sexual infidelity with her male first cousin. 
I have not one human to talk to about it at the moment our children are devastated they are in their teens. Hey Daily Strength can you help?

I'm so sorry about what you & your kids are going through. The most important thing to do is to remind yourself && your kids that this IS NOT YOUR/THEIR FAULT & to help them & yourself tryyyyy to understand that your wife/their mom NEEDS HELP! No disrespect to you or your family in any way shape or form. You all have a long road ahead of you, you all must pull together during these times where you will need each other MOST. Prayers with you & yours....

The main thing is to let the kids know that you love them and that this is their mother's character and problem that lead to this.

I would not protect or minimize what your wife did as you want to make it clear this is something that is not ok for them to do when they get older. (incest and infidelity) Don't tell them that their mother still loves them....it's confusing to them that someone they love can do something like this and may set a bad precedent.

why dont you have anyone to talk to?? thats a flag on its own....why are you so alone?...anyways find a therapist to talk to ASAP....forget any decisions about your wife for now....put her on hold and is your decision when you are ready do split or give it a try...but get someone to talk to rapido

Thank You, I have searched for information on this strange topic, Not much info or cases on it,
I for years have counseled others and this never came up, plenty of the normal infidelity but not Adultery with Cousin.
I am growing more in peace daily but it's heavy, the close friends and family members that I've talked to about it are, floored and really don't have any depth of understanding , and are blown away as well, it's just not their wife if 30 yrs, However I finally found someone a counselor that will meet with me, first conversation we had was him responding with "wow" that's heavy.
So most I believe are not equipped as they would like .
Anyway my appointment is about 2 weeks out.
Meanwhile I'm just breathing deep and joined a 24 hour gym.
