how do u get the trust back?that feeling every time she leaves. When she can make me feel at ease and doesn’t. Does she really want to be here. Because their was no sex??? Which I still have my doubts anyone up to talk

It's up to her to earn back your trust.

You have no reason to trust her. She has shown you she is untrustworthy.

The doubt will continue for years. The burden is on her though.

Yellowman I know and am in same spot you are. Your mind will be thinking worst and could cause more issues if you guys are working it out.
She will show it, little by little, call or text if she is running a little late, tell you she has somewhere to go. Don't over step but don't show her complete trust cause honestley it will be in back of your mind forever.

I never thought I would be in this position it has completely consumed me and I not afraid or embarrassed to admit my heart was and and still is broken. I doubt myself know, it’s as if I’m punishing myself for something she did. I don’t care if it was a emotional affair, that lasted almost a year, u mean no sex please. She did admit to going out kissing and she said it almost happened one night but she stopped it and she was in control. She enjoyed the attention it being about her. After 22yrs together 18 as husband and wife why didn’t u just tell me. During this period she was going through our last child going off to college, our other child is home now doing grad school. Can a women have an affair that long with no sex.

No one can answer that correctly,sure alot of people will say no way, but maybe the girl was craving the attention that she has not had a long time especially from someone other then spouse. Only she and him knows how far it went, my advice don't pressure or ask her if they did if in your heart you want to stay and make it work.

Once you know, it will eat your thoughts at times and will cause a fight especially if you guys are on a good track.

Stay strong my friend and remember don't listen to alot of advice where people say leave her go after the guy, they don't know the WHOLE picture, people will tend to express there dissatisfaction in there life into others.
