I know its rough. You probably really care for this, but remember to look at yourself and remind yourself each and every chance you get that HE DOESN'T care for you, doesn't treat you right and never have, but that YOU care for you. You outweigh him. Sucks to be him!

Then today, he reverted. We were cleaning in the garage, and I decided that I wanted to go dry my hair before it looked too bad. He was mad that I had stopped cleaning in the garage. Never mind that he had stopped in the garage ten minutes before. He started cursing at me and I ignored it. I finished my hair and went back to cleaning. H still not around. He appears a few minutes later in his cycling clothes and told me he was going for a ride. Nice...
If I were you I would talk to the attorney and tell him not to do anything until he got the go ahead from you. You need more information. You might be able to divorce him on adultry. I don't know your state laws.
Go and get tested for all std's.
Get into his email or get the disc that can tell you where he has been on his computer.
Get into him cell phone records. It's pretty easy as long as it's not a business phone.
Also, look at his deleted emails.
You can put something in his car that will tell you where he has been.
You want everything you can. He will deny! They all do.
Even if you have to wait for a month do it with all the information you could possibly have. If there is a certain evening that he goes out get a sitter and go out with someone you really trust (in their car) with your video camera.
Copy all tax returns and all financial information. That usually disappears when you are going through a divorce. You want his retirement plan, bank records on earnings etc. Take your time. The divorce goes on forever so don't rush getting everything in order.
I've hit over $40,000 between both of us. I know that is high but we are older and have more.
Hugs to you but planning will help you in the end.
