I just wanted to share my experience over the past few days with yall. On DDay I had very little information about the affair, enough to know there was one, but not a lot of detail. At first, I didn't even think about if I wanted or needed to know more, all I felt was that generic betrayal. A couple weeks later, I discovered some more detail, all of those intital feelings of anger and hatred came flooding back, and the movies started playing in my head; imagining and assuming what may have went on, what "probably" happened. Recently, CS handed over her e-mail, and much to my surprise, she didn't clean it out first. I spent almost an entire day reading every word of every email exchange, received and sent, and that's when the hurt really set in; now I knew. I cried and I puked. I don't know if CS left it all there on purpose or not, but I am grateful she did. I will take that immediate intense pain of absolute knowledge over prolonged wondering and assuming. The deep wounds will heal and the scars will make me stronger, this I have faith in. I know they say some BS need to know, some don't, I guess I did.
