Pardon the slightly off-topic post.
Just a quick tip for those on user groups like Rebuilding, Cheaters and Betrayed, Healing Infidelity Through Faith, or others, where due to infrequent postings, you may not think to go there and check if anything new has been posted.
Go to your group's home page and look for the link, "Edit Membership" on the top right, under the group welcome message. Click that link. It will pull up a page showing several check boxes. Only one is checked by default. Click on the box labeled "New Discussions."
Check off any others you want to be notified about and click on the "Save Settings" button. Now, when anyone posts a new thread in that group, you'll get an email notice about it, so you don't have to worry about missing out because you don't think to go there for days, weeks, or even months. Great for small groups where posting might be very minimal.
