Infidelity Support Group
Any relationship in which one partner engages willfully in sexual relations with another outside of the partnership is considered to have experienced infidelity. This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...

Cheating has not always to do with beauty. Men don’t cheat cause the other woman is more beautiful or more smart but because something is missing in your relationship.
If you please your hubby with all the ways and you show your love to him than probably he doesn’t love you enough then.
But if you do all those things and he still keep cheating on you than is his fault and you can’t do anything about it.
You can except your hubby and have an open relationship between you guys so you can enjoy the same or you should divorce him and find someone else.
Most men who cheat its just about quantity not quality. IT rarely is about the wife. Even if the sex dies in the marriage its usually the mans fault.
So don't internalize the cheating.
Take it as a opportunity to grow in your own way and be free in your own life as you want.
Focus on yourself and heal from this. Take time to realign your life.
Your H cheats because he wants to and because there are available women who are willing to play second fiddle to you.
Of course these women are of "lesser caliber"! Any woman who knows her true value, has high morals, and has high standards wouldn't cheat with another woman's husband. There is an excellent article which appeared in The New York Times a few years back called: They always cheat down.
I am sure you can find it if you google it. Read it.. It will help you.
You didn't make your H cheat. If you were able to do that, then you would also be able to make him stop. But we all know he will continue to cheat because he wants to. What you can do though is show him consequences.
If you are married you both entered into a legal contract which you can use to your advantage. If you chose not to go that route, then you can out him. Out him to everyone you know. This is his secret, not yours.
Initially I kept my H's secret. Looking back I see how stupid that was. After enduring years of his lies and knowing his A had gone underground, I developed a new tactic. I told people. I quickly learned who was protecting him and who my true friends really are. And he had to endure the shame of his actions., his choices, and his decisions.
Surround yourself with people who support you. Every single day do something for you. Every single day go for a walk and quiet your mind.
When you are calm think about what you want in your life and in your future. Then make a Plan, a real Plan for how you are going to get there.
I want to travel. I know my H's A cost a lot of money. I have a record of his hotel stays. He used marital assets. So I am setting aside an equal amount of money from our marital assets for my travel fund.
There are different kinds of cheaters. Apparently you have a serial cheater. Those people are beyond redemption. You have to decide if it is worth it to you to stay married. He will continue to cheat. If he treats you well, is generous and loving . . . . your decision.
I had more than one friend tell me to just look the other way. My situation was different though. The OW was determined to marry my H and worked for years to destroy my marriage. Looking the other way would have just helped her. I had to take her on, too.
This weekend it is our wedding anniversary. We have some nice celebrations planned.
If you make yourself a priority you will feel better. You can also tell your H what you need and expect of him. I found I put up with a lot of bad behavior because I didn't want a fight, or a confrontation with him. All that did was hurt me and made him feel like the dominant partner. Now if he dares speak sharply to me, I call him on it. I demand his participation in running our household, taking care of the cars, etc. Before he was so absent so I just did it all. No more! I tell him I have to be his first priority. It has worked for us.
I am more supportive and complimentary of him, too, though.
Being cheated on is traumatic; it is demoralizing; it's painful. Just keep reminding yourself that you didn't do anything to make him cheat. You are the prize.
Anyway, if someone treats you like this again and again, and he KNOWS how it destroys you, then he has the problem, not you. I hear your humiliation, but if you both can't talk about this and understand how it hurts you, or worse, if he does understand how it hurts you and does it anyway, then that isn't love.
If that is the case and If you're not married, then it is time to dump this guy. If you are married, don't stay stuck in a legal contract and be miserable or bitter by holding it against him and yourself for all time, get out and be free, and find someone that won't treat you like garbage, If you really do love him, and he really loves you then try to work this out and get to the bottom of whatever is going on with him, but don't accept him hurting you anymore.
However, I will say from my experience with my first ex cheating on me with multiple other women, it was hard to deal with. I felt like my life was in constant turmoil. It was not until I got away from him that life began to calm down some. I could not tolerate his repetitive cheating without sincere remorse, and I never believed he would be happy with our marriage.
