Infidelity Support Group
Any relationship in which one partner engages willfully in sexual relations with another outside of the partnership is considered to have experienced infidelity. This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...
The general rule is not to make any major decisions in the first 6 months of discovery. I'm sorry that your cs has put you in this position but glad you found DS. The road to rebuilding a marriage damaged from infidelity is a bumpy emotional roller coaster (at best) and that's with a compliant cs doing all the right stuff.
I hope you're H comes total clean with you and begins the hard work of regaining your love ands respect.
As far as recovering deleted emails and stuff yes it is possible, mostly in snippets not in full. It will require that you run checks on the specific computer that was used (I do not really know much about phones) Just do a little googling and research and there are several programs that can try to find the stuff. Some of them offer a free "trial" which will only return just a few responses. The best ones seem to be ones you buy. The one I used (well there were several I tried) but the one that gave the best responses was one you buy and I ran it on two computers and it found deleted emails, facebook messages, and pictures. It was still not to the extent I had hoped as a lot of it was just partials but it was enough to give me a much better overall picture of what happened and was able to confront her with the info and get her to admit to a lot more.
I hate to hear of cheating when young kids are involved and I have an extra bit of dislike for a CS when its guys who cheat on pregnant wives (and I guess women who cheat while the guy thinks they are becoming a "family" ) So sorry to hear you are going through this at this time, try to take deep breaths and keep the stress as low a possible for the baby inside (I know much much easier said than done). And I agree with pinkpony do not make any quick, rash decisions, for one you do not have all the facts and also it is not a time where you can think clearly. You do thought need to make sure that during whatever time you are debating and weighing your options that he is doing his part.
