paranoia or intuition

hi guys,


i know this is the eternal question but id love everyone's opinion...is there any real way of telling if your grandiose paranoia and mistrust of some one is based on a lifetime of abandonment and betrayal by those around you? or if its that world famous female intuition?

Base your decisions/beliefs on facts and not intuition.

intuition leads to suspicion, and you have to act on that suspicion, else you will kick yourself for being a heel. if it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck - its usually a duck!

Intuition is that last primitive survival instinct that lives in all us, male or female. Due to our conditioning, women seem to be more in touch with it. Intuition always tells you when something is wrong. You can chose to stick your head in the sand or investigate until you figure out what is wrong.

Intuition tells you something is off. But for all of us betrayed we do get paranoia. I do think it's 2 separate things but there's a very fine line and our paranoia can sure play tricks with our mind making us believe our intuition is talking. If you were betrayed in the past I would not necessarily blindly trust this paranoia/intuition.
Since D-day there's several times that felt like intuition yet I was wrong and it was just my betrayed paranoia talking.
However always follow up on this feeling find proof if you need to in checking phone email Facebook messages etc. But if you indeed dug deep and find nothing than do accept that it was just you paranoia. Keep in mind our CS can't prove something they didn't do. So finding no evidence if dug deep enough is the proof of their innocence for this single time.
