Okay Okay, I know... off topic, but you guys are my friends and I need advice...
So my weekend project is to redo my closet.... I got some inspiring little art from Kohls like "live your life" "follow your dreams" (sorry couldn't find DUMP THE DUDE... but still looking ;)....
Anyway.... my room is a cascade color-- meaning a pretty teal color, and I know some people think its best to paint your closets to match your room but I think that would be too dark for a walk in closet...
I am thinking a neutral... I found an earthnut... like a pretty light tan...
which would pop with my white trim...
So I apologize in advance for asking you my off topic question...
any suggestions on closet color??
Off to grocery shop to try some new recipes and wash my car...
Then buying paint ;)
Hope everyone else is having a good weekend... I applied for a new job, almost double my salary, and found out about another job I could do in Washington DC as well with a salary increase... its been fun fantasizing about telling my H I am moving across the country and starting a new life... makes me feel pretty good...

Whatever color that is, that is the color you should paint it. When I was having my laundry room redone, I painted it hot pink, turquoise, yellow, purple and orange. I said I wanted to always have a reason to smile when I was doing laundry. So now I just walk in there, look around (avoid laundry lol) and feel a bit giddy.
I'm with Pink. Go with the color that makes you smile:)

my favorite color is pink. when my husband left, i started buying pink everything. now the apartment is supergirly. pink and floral everything. he would HATE it. neeheeheeheehee!

My husband hated my Tinkerbell, fairy collectable. So as soon as he was out I put them everywhere. I have a giant Tinkerbell painting front and center as soon as you walk in the door, he loved that last time he came to get something...lol.
