Question - when we say there is to be "no contact" with the other person, do you think that includes NOT looking at MySpace/Facebook profiles? Please share your opinion as I'm curious on this matter!

No contact..means doing everything you can to stay away from the affair partner and to forget about the affair partner... to get him or her out of your head and out of your life forever...so you can concentrate on making your relationship better...any time spent thinking about the other person is time that is NOT being spent devoted to the spouse....

If you are building a case for court I am not sure that would matter. I got a lawyer and she told me most of what I knew/had would not be allowed in court.

The judges don't want to waste their time. They don't care.
