1. This "friend" knew about the affair?
2. You should know all of her passwords (she should know all of yours too) to her phone, social media ect...
You should be able to pick up her phone and go through it...
Be smart about how you go digging though. You don't want her to have any advance notice, obviously.
The laws are different in Texas. It is a community property state. You need to learn which state will benefit you - should you decide to split. Maybe you could have a consultation with a family law lawyer over the phone. Go see a lawyer where you are.
This pregnancy test thing is worrisome. She must think the kid is his.
Things do not look good from what you posted. So based on that, I think you need to get busy and get your ducks in a row. Good luck!
2) You love her, which means this is going to be hard. You say you'll leave now, but once the baby gets here, even if its not yours. You may stay longer for the roller coast ride, geesh.
3) How did you marry, was she already preggos and you wanted to do the right OR you really loved her and got married?
I really want this to work for you and your daugther. But there are good women out there. However, you're so scared to jeopardize it that you don't want to even confront your own friend to find out info.
Ps. Talked to her she said hooked up with him one more time while we were separated still. I also had her take a pregnancy test was negative.
Dig around deep to find out all her lies if you dig and you don't find deceit, then love her while she finds herself (((bullshit phrase that means "I fucked you over but don't blame me" )))
If you find deceit , run
She ain't into being married.
You are- but one person does not make a marriage work.
Honestly, if i were you, I'd confront her about it. That's something she should discuss with you. You seem like a very nice guy and you do not deserve to be cheated on. Especially because there is a child involved. It seems like she's just a little selfish. It isn't only hurting you, but y'alls daughter as well. I hope you find a resolution. Stay strong!
