This situation is absurd and you need some closure.
Wipe her existence and her family from your mind and never look back except as a cautionary lesion to yourself.
If you need to ask what to do in this situation then you still have some unhealthy attachment to this psychotic person.
So this is what I said last time: Try to get some individual counseling for yourself to help you through this and more importantly to learn how to "fix your picker" so that you see these kinds of people for who they are before entering a relationship with them. If (most likely when...) she comes crawling back, do not take the bait! Go no contact, do not engage on any level
Defuvately don't put your life on hold. She choose to cheat and well it ended badly injured for her. It's not up to you to go pick up her pieces and while you do that get burned down by her.
Definitely pack up her belongings drop off at the parents. Wish them the best of you had good contact with them and move on. Good luck
