Infidelity Support Group
Any relationship in which one partner engages willfully in sexual relations with another outside of the partnership is considered to have experienced infidelity. This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...
How very exciting that you are pregnant again.
I hope he is not up to anything. But I have to say how important it is
to trust your gut.
Do a little spying and see what you come up with. You are going to be on pins and needles until you know for sure.
Good luck,
You caught him with a FB account, but he "claims" he didn't use it. Yeah... right.
Now, he freaks out when you touch his phone??? RED FLAG!
You'd think he'd want to be completely transparent to make the mother of his child feel better about taking his cheating @ss back.
How convenient of him- to blame your suspicions on your hormones.
Of course he regretted everything- he got caught.
I'd get a copy of the phone bill and see the text records.
I think it may best for you to lay it out in the open that your hormones are screaming, you need to take care of yourself in order to care for the child that you carry and thT your turd of husband needs to help you carry that child anyway that he can including letting you see his phone whenever you want.
If he can't accommodate a request that small then you should think twice about what will happen when you reAlly need so bathing important from him .
Take care of yourself for your child and you
What did he do, in between his affair, then the fake account..and the current pregnancy, to earn your trust back?
If there had been no previous straying from the marriage in any way and you were constantly checking through his phone or computer or something then I could see there being a concern, a "why dont you trust me" type of concern, but given his past and his reaction I cant help but be concerned.
I am so sorry for the loss of your first baby and wish you all the best now. While I have unfortunately heard of other pregnant women being cheated on please do not think that that is the "norm" for guys. My wife was never more attractive to me than when she was pregnant with our first child and the last thing on my mind during that time was cheating on her. I was thinking about how we were starting our "family" and the next chapter of life together. I'm sure it does not feel this way to you or to any other woman that was cheated on while pregnant but I do think if the man really wants the baby and the "family" then he should be less likely to cheat at that point. When I hear these stories I cant help but find a bit of extra disgusts, above other cheaters, when they cheat on their pregnant partners.
Are you prepared to deal with the worst case scenario? Some people can deal better by rug sweeping for a few weeks or months until they fell strong enough to handle the fallout. Others would be more stressed not knowing.
I'm thinking you may need to get your support system in place, counselor, family, friends to help you if he is cheating. The pregnancy can suffer from stress and this will undoubtedly cause stress. Even the spying and confronting will be stressful regardless of what the outcome is .
This phone fear is a red flag and needs to be addressed sooner or later.
Better for it all to hit the fan now than later once the baby gets here.
He still tried to lie until I proved it.
You're not alone.
It sounds like there's something going on. Like everyone else has said, losing it over you touching his phone is a huge red flag. Why would it matter whether you looked at his phone if there weren't anything on it you couldn't see?
I don't necessarily think that men cheat more often when their partners are pregnant but I agree with CountyMounty in that those cheaters deserve a little extra contempt. Not only is it a terribly cruel thing to do when a woman is so vulnerable but they're actually putting their babies lives at risk through STD's, etc.
Stupid jerks...I'm still a little bitter obviously.
Back to your question though, you're not being hormonal, that's a valid reason to feel concerned even if he didn't have a past history, trust your instincts. Always.
