This week was the third time we had my husbands children out of wedlock come to out home. I wish I could say that it is getting easier but it is not. Every time I see them all I see when I look at my husband is a liar and a cheater. I keep thinking how could he do this and why am I still here. I think the biggest problem is their age. They are 18 mo. and our youngest daughter just turned one a week ago. It is a headache very time they are here. I battle back and forth with I can do this, no I cant' and really I should not say I can't because I am finding that I just really don't want to but then I think about my girls and the fact that he says he is really sorry. IDK.... In the end I know I need to be happy! Its one thing to try to forget an affair but having to deal with kids that resulted from the affair is another. How can I forget when every time they show up the anger, deceit and hurt starts all over again. Thoughts?

This is a recipe for failure. If he want's to save his marriage he needs to find a way to see these kids that does not include you or her, may be at his mom's or a friends.. It is hard enough to heal from this kind of treachery without having your nose rubbed in it by the presence of another woman's stolen children. Very often this type of woman gets pregnant on purpose in the hope of ending up with the man. He says he's sorry?. The best way for him to show that is to clean up his own mess without dropping it in your lap.I am so sorry that this has happened to you, hugs

I am so sorry, I really don't know if I could handle that either. I am assuming they are twins?
What does he say when you tell him that this is unbearable? Can he bust them in public place? Why for the weekend? I have friends that only get to see their kids every other week & not over night.

You have a lifetime of living with his mistake.

There is a page just for us special ones who have children created from our husband's affairs.

It took me over 2 years after finding out ( oc was turning 7 when my h confessed) before I could have oc sleep at my house. The first 1.5 year we lived in seperate houses while oc began visits and getting to know his siblings and they him.

Every step is slow and usualy thought out. Theses visits may be too soon. How many oc's are there? Are they from the same ow?

My dad did the very same thing. My half sister was born within a few days of my sister. I'm not sure if my mom was ever completely made aware of the fact that my dad's second wife's daughter was actually his and not from a previous bf as we we were all initially told. My heart goes out to you as this is a very difficult situation.

It's hard to overcome the past especially when intense hurt and pain are involved. I hope you are able to work everything out and move on with a clear view of the future. There is hope, even in the most difficult of situations and I pray you find the light you're looking for.
