My best advice?
1. Go/continue in individual counseling for both of you.
2. Work not merely on what circumstances contributed to your temptation to cheat, but why you didn't have the strength to resist itt and find a way to address the marital problem instead of making it worse.
3. Read, digest, and follow the book, "How To Help Your Spouse Heal From Your Affair: A Compact Manual For The Unfaithful" by Linda MacDonald
4. If he is on board, you both should explore marriage counseling and I would suggest you get the book, "His Needs, Her Needs" and read it together to improve your marriage and communication.
