I will say that one thing we say on this board alot is to trust your gut instinct. Your subconscious picks up on clues that your conscious mind doesn't notice, resulting in that creeping feeling that something is going on.
You ask if you are just crazy. If this feeling has just been there from day one with no solid reason for it, then you may have issues with insecurity, jealousy, etc. Its certainly something to think about and maybe seek help to look into it.
If, on the other hand, you were doing fine and then this feeling started occurring, maybe something is really going on with him.
Hopefully once you share more of what has gone on and why you think he might be cheating, more people will chime in.
I agree with ImDealing you should always trust your instinct but also make sure you have some reasons why you feel this way...
It is a very delicate situation where you are right now...and very confusing..i would say be on your guards and don't confront him unless you know something for sure....After all he might be telling the truth and then he would feel you don't trust him which can be hurtful..
Good luck and I hope you will find a way out of this...
