Try hard to exercise, heath, and a most of all try to sleep enough (as hard as it will be). The next thing is set boundaries regarding your spouse. If he is unrepentant or unwilling to disclose then ask him to leave until such time he is willing to.
Proximity to ongoing cheating spouse will only make things worse.
If you have a church and family make sure to ask them to lend support.
The crisis period is hard, you just need to bear through it.

I have been walking our (now my) dog a ton and working a lot...eating healthy and trying to sleep- The is so hard but I just got a few weeks of mild sleeping pills from my doc so I can sleep, I know that will help so much.
