My story is like many of yours.... breakup after he had an affair and chose to pursue the other relationship. Pain drove me away. I moved out in August and have seen him only a few times since then.
Tonight he picked me up from the airport, and drove me to my apartment. It was so nice to step off the plane and see him there. I only wish the warm embrace and loving kiss were still there. Instead I found a distant hug along with some welcoming words that left me longing for those warm moments when I could find heaven in his arms. We had a nice conversation as we drove.. I only wish we were driving home like we used to. I am now alone in my apartment dealing with an emptiness inside my soul that seem to irradiate this room, making the place colder and emptier. Is late, I am tired, and I sit here typing.. longing for those days when I could go to bed and find that safe warm place in his arms.
Truth is...I miss him.
How do I tell this heart to stop dreaming and stop loving this man who doesn't love me.

I wish I had a good answer...something clever to say to take the pain away,but I dont, I just want to tell you, you are in my prayers and I am sorry you are hurting!
And yes, you are going to cry, scream, hurt, or possibly wake up and think they are still there. That one is a killer. I got so messed up, had had to move back to texas to my mom's.
