It's going to be hard, but you have to ignore them. If they call you, don't answer (if you have caller ID, if not hang up right away), if they email you, don't open it, delete it, if they send you something in the regular mail, throw it in the trash without opening it.
You have to protect yourself and move on by going and doing things that make you happy. Don't let them hurt you. You are a good person, let that be your shield.
One thing that helps me is trying to help others.
I will pray for you, I'll ask god to give you the strength you need to go on and to light your way so you can see where you need to go and what you need to do.
I hope this helps.

How do they keep getting your telephone number? Are you listing it in the book? Keep it marked private. Give them NO means to contact you. If you are baffled as to how they keep getting it- a mutual friend is tossing it up. Check your friends at the door.
Its sick. Instead I try to move away in my head. Fuck them. I dont answer or talk to them anymore. I dont add drama for them. I still do just by being me but what else can you do?
It will fissle out...trust me. They are not happy really its just for show.
