I am trying to soak this in.... Trying.
Just seems that when your hopes get shot down so many times its hard to find many happy thoughts. Its like you have to put up a wall to protect yourself. The wall I put up is a angry one. I can't always see clearly through it.
Life is precious and I want to move past all the anger I have from people betraying me.
Today (again) I will attempt to tell myself positive things and push aside the negative.
I don't think about my H unless I have to. When he was cheating and I did not know it, he was the focus of my life. It has been a difficult adjustment to focus on me. But I like it.
I know, too, that he senses something is different. It has him working harder to get my attention.
There has been a power shift.
