Infidelity Support Group
Any relationship in which one partner engages willfully in sexual relations with another outside of the partnership is considered to have experienced infidelity. This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...
Is she married? Better to call her H, introduce yourself and ask him!
Better still: don't ask anyone other than your H.
I cannot even count how many times I have been told to ignore the OW. She is not the problem. I strongly disagree because she is the one who initiated the A, but I do agree with the advice for different reasons. People tend to think all is well unless we open our big mouths and let everyone know otherwise. She will assume you two have reconciled unless you show her how weak you are, how tentative your marriage is. Do not contact her!
You can check up on your H as much as you want, as much as you need. I have had to because my H did go back to her. I caught him by checking up on him. He ended it again.
Focus on your H and your marriage. Do whatever you need to do so there is distance between the two cheaters. I know you are scared. I know you want to know where you stand. We all do.
It doesn't look good - funny how they give themselves away in little ways.
A few things: No, we other women do not seduce unsuspecting faithful, loving husbands and get our way with them. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. We are all born with free will......just want to clear up that misconception.
2. What husband BLOCKS his wife?! Who would do that? If your husband has the audacity to press 'block' under your name for one minute then he needs to stay living where he is. Say you were in an emergency!
Love the teen safe idea, but also make sure its not something else. Although I am a firm believer in trusting your gut and I mean that. We women are born with a very powerful sixth sense-use it. But, could it also be his phone? Truthfully this weekend my husband wasn't getting my texts and he was in the next room. It could happen.
Pick up the phone and call him.
3. Why move back home? Yeah...It doesn't make sense.....unless.....its about the money. I'm sure keeping up two places is a lot and sometimes it is 'cheaper to keep her' and simply easier to go underground. Just being honest. The money factor is huge for some men. For every teensafe app, there a trac phone waiting to be purchased at Walmart for $9.99.
Affairs do go underground, so I agree- tell her hubby. I will say a guy like that really isn't worth any of your time....she can have him and you can find someone else with some integrity and you don't have to perseverate over his honesty .
I did read recently about a husband that took a lie detector test (you can get one privately for about $300) just to prove to his wife that he had been faithful and was sincere in his intentions.
I thought that was interesting.
PS I don't think all other women are evil, but in my case she knew me, was nice to my face while she chased my husband, I do think those actions have a tone of evil to them. I don't know your story and can't judge what happened with you. I like hearing different perspectives and your fills a needed void in the story of cheating. Thank you for your honesty.
