So my marriage of over 20 yrs is almost over. I filed in July,and we had yet another court date this a.m. I'm struggling with a couple questions and would love some insight. My husband has been verbally,emotionally and physically abusive our entire marriage..to me and our 4 girls. He currently only has supervised visitation. He left in July..yet another affair..and this time I was glad..no crying,pleading..just went and filed for Divorce. I have asked for no contact..he won't comply. I blocked him from my cell,he leaves me gifts for Xmas(gave back unopened)..he shows up at our work(he always went to work at 3,I went at 1:30 to avoid him..he found out when I would be there and thats when he shows up. My lawyer has directed his attorney to stay away..he did for 2 weeks..and now hes back. What is his purpose?? He has a GF..why won't he just let me go in peace? And why in the world will he lie,cheat and steal all our money..fine hurt me..whatever..but trying under any circumstance not to try your best to support your children I just don't understand. shouldn't he want them not to struggle??Don't fathers have the same want to provide what their children need??He stole $3000 we had set aside for our youngest surgery, bought his GF jewerly,bought himself a big screen and computer..he blew through $9800. its all gone..now he wants half of this income tax check..I'm on food stamps for goodness sake!!

Yes cheaters out there will not see no wrong in what they have done.
They will want to punich the BS again they have done no wrong.
You can get protection orders, he will have to pay support or go to jail.
His new fling also will bear the burned of a displaced family unit. Oh no doubt she feels separated from it now but do not worry its going to hit her especially if his order for support is steep in the pocketbook.

Who does that? what sort of person comes to mind who needs this sort of "challenge" aspect come to your mind?
A child? a person who has no idea what they want in life? someone in highschool?
Cause thats what your STBX is like now - you have stood up and they find that "interesting".
He is probably thinking about you "a lot" how do I get her back cause really I needed this support in order to go over here and do crazy cause crazy isn't as fun without a Plan B.
