Boy did I feel stupid when he said he was trying to make the point that when you are wrong you need to apologize. Indeed he had recently apologized for something that he said a year ago. Couldn't believe it at the time, but he did.
Anyway, like peyton said give yourself a break ... you did the right thing and apologized and did have fun. It is a lesson for all of us. During the "reconciliation period" we have to cut some slack for the spouse. I know I will be trying harder.
