Anxiety got the better of me tonight!

So H went on a call today. But tonight I got this overwhelming craziness that he went to see "her". I have no reason or suspicion to think he was seeing her but I just got so anxious and started crying. So i called him and asked him.


And he was adamant that he didn't . He said what are you talking about I didn't see her. He proceeded to tell me all the places he had been to.and they make sense because i know how long it takes to go from place to place and some I verify with Ezpass.


I told him if you want us to be together and work on our marriage like you claim,you can't be with her. And he said I am not seeing  her, I don't want to see her , I don't want to be with her.


I said OK. thats what I want to hear. I told him it's very difficult to believe you because you are always lying.


I can't keep worrying each time you go into the city. and he said then i'll stop going. I said yes just stop going i can't take this anymore. I'm going to get sick.


He said tomorrow you are coming with me( this was pre planned) and next week (something he needs to do in the city for business) you also come with me.

He sound like he is trying, I wish I could say it makes you feel better right way but lord knows it won’t. It’s takes a long time for the worrying and doubt to stop. I hope you are doing ok! Hugs!

I've been reading some of your post and it sounds so similar to some of the things I went through after D-day I was constantly obsessing about it so every time he left the house my anxiety was bad but I tracked his phone constantly (he knew I did) so he would tell me if I was ever worried about where he was at to just check and see so I would feel better 3 years later and on occasion I will still see if he is where he said he was going I don't obsess as much anymore but the thoughts don't ever go away I just don't get as emotional about it as I use to and I don't let them run my life constantly because the thoughts would over run me

It is crazy- the residue that is left behind - after an A,I agree the H is working on things-but I feel that we as
women -I know you are suppose to give your all to your significant other but-you need to sometimes
take the eyeglasses off and shine the glass so you can see reality.Life is like a chess game.I mean whether
you want to believe It Or Not he made a Bad move . It will never be the same and we should allow them
to make whatever amends but never be in a place that god forbid there is repeat episode that we are
emotionally dependent on them if it should bother us at all.We should allow for the time that they are taking
to make these amends also let it be a time for us to grow a thicker protective layer of skin-so we grow from
this too more beautiful and wiser.
