This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...
"NOT Just Friends" has taught me a lot about how both my husband and I let down our guards and invited people into our lives in ways that damaged our marriage - even before he had his affair.
If his gut is telling him "This isn't cool" but his brain hasn't made that connection, he may be spilling all this to you in hopes that you will put your foot down and give him a reason to put the brakes on.
Obviously I haven't been privy to their conversations, but a single woman discussing her romantic life with a married man is crossing a boundary that should not be crossed. Would she have the same conversation with him if you were with him holding his hand while they chatted? Likely not.

Then she's asking him to come to her home and comfort her when she's sad and...
Well. I'm just saying. It's worthwhile to open the conversation up and to start talking about this more deeply and share your concerns. Not all people can do that (my wife for one apparently) it would seem that your husband is another. I wouldn't say that you aren't being paranoid. How to approach it is another story, my best advice would be head on (but that's me). Have this conversation about how affairs can start and you are concerned that he should be aware of it.
H is one of those guys that women are kind of drawn to as a friend. He's always getting questioned about dating advice. That doesn't bother me. Maybe I am naive.
