It rough buddy. I get you don't want to put your personal stuff out there but you have to talk about it with someone. You will never get passed it otherwise. If not comfortable here: another buddy ? Sibling? Pastor? Therapist? Are you looking to save the marriage? If so is she genuinely remorseful? Both of those will dictate your course of action

Do you suspect your spouse of cheating, are you being overly paranoid or seeing signs of infidelity…Then be sure is cheating: I was in that exact same position when I was referred to cyberhackall@gmail.com through my bestfriend, who helped me hack into my girlfriend’s phone, it was like a miracle, i read all her mail and message without trying to pickup her phone.. he would help

I have been married for 24 years my stbx had several affairs ( he claims not sexual for attention only ) I know if the other woman wanted it to be sexual he would have gone for it. Yet he says he still loves me and it wont happen again.. blah blah. Her affairs do not have anything to do with you and is not your fault, she did it for her own reasons and if she blames you did not do this or that well that is her using an excuse so she can sleep at night, Does she say she still loves you because you found out about the affair ? The fact is if she loved you she would not have done it, Thinking of doing it one thing but to act on it there is no excuse and she should have been honest with you and said she has had thoughts of affairs and what she feels she is not getting from you that she thinks she is getting from someone else, Regardless she acted on it. So if you can get in therapy for yourself or join a group where you meet other people that are going through what you are , Your need a support system for you. Does she feel remorse and want to work on the marriage because if she wants to work on it does she understand the level of trust that you have for her is about none. I wish you the best but you have to look out for you so you can get through this.

I do understand how you feel because i am in the same situation. But you know what i am stronger than i have been and given him an ultimatum and he cant correct his issues and do right by me then i am out! Im not doing it no more yea he may love me but im just not going to hang around anymore going on a roller coaster ride. We all deserve better and there is someone out there that is for you. all i have to say is not settle for less anymore!

Love does not exist with someone who is willing to hurt you.

^ this! She does not love you if she continues to treat you this way. She most likely would love to keep the status quo and have you just accept it. Know your worth. Reconciliation is only possible with genuine remorse, no contact with any APs, 100% transparency and honesty in all things, a ton of individual counseling for each of you, and a willingness on her part to truly change her life. It can happen but it's a rare thing. Most cheaters just take things further underground and get better at lying.
