Where do I begin I have been married for 15 years to my high school sweetheart. In August I found some messages from my husband to another woman. He said he found her personal ad online and they had FaceTimed serval times. when I asked what they happened in these chats his response was " you know what it was" which led me to believe it was a sex chat. I asked if she had seen any of him and he said no. I know  he said he never met her but to me he was screwing her. She was on there doing her self while I assume he was doing himself. It almost the new year and it has been five months and I have not told a sole until now. It's eating me alive and I feel like I'm going to loose it. I'm so insecure and just a mess. I don't say anything about it anymore trying to move on but it's like I'm stuck. I found out and it was like the next day he expected me to be fine and I'm not. I have been gaining weight from stress eating and just trying to make myself happy.  I cut my hair and took out my nose stud because I don't want to have anything to remind him of her. I also had life 360 on our phones and our daughters. His keeps getting turned off and I don't know why. I know he isn't seeing her while at work I'm just a mess

You have to take time to heal, and recover from the hurt and pain, its not an overnight process.
He choose poorly and will always hope you forgive him.
You should be taking care of yourself.
His lies will continue until he is ready to stop.

I know this paranoid feeling all too well. I could tell when my husband was talking to someone else and seeing someone else. Lying. I found the pictures if her he was looking at online and tried to cover up. His coworker came to me confessing what he was doing because he thought he knew I was being unfaithful too. Turns out I hadn't yet been unfaithful to him until that point. If course I resolved to get revenge which ended up with me embarrassing myself. But in the end I stayed true to our marriage at least physically. I am praying for you. Try to focus on you. Act if you have to lie thru your teeth like your happy. Make him wonder about you what's making you so happy if it's not him. Start focusing on yourself. Maybe it will make him change his center of attention. I'm not sure if that is good advice but it's what I got. I hope you are okay

You cannot ignore this. You both have to deal with it. If he doesn’t want to than he’s already moved on.
360 doesn’t just get turned off.
Yes he can see her while he’s at work.. believe me.. he gets lunch? I would find a way to put a recorder in his car or another gps.
But really do you need to? You know the answer

Sorry that you are dealing with this. Try and get some therapy to cope. I know it is hard as I went through it as well. Don't love someone that doesn't love or respect you. It gets better as the days go on. Try to work out or do other things that bring you joy even though you may not feel like doing it. Go on dates (I am). Just the prospect of going on a date will make you feel better or be a distraction at the very least.
