Infidelity Support Group
Any relationship in which one partner engages willfully in sexual relations with another outside of the partnership is considered to have experienced infidelity. This breach of trust is often traumatizing for the faithful partner as well as the relationship, and support is often needed to heal emotionally and to decide whether or not the relationship should continue after...
I think you should let you're boyfriend go until you figure out what exactly it is YOU want. That doesn't mean you don't love and care for him. It means is that you love him enough to let him go. Good Luck!
If its not this current boyfriend, it will be the next boyfriend or the next that you cheat on and run back to the ex-childhood friend.
Until he and you figure out what you have going on between the two of you, why get anyone else involved? If you do feel the need to date others, don't commit to a monogamous relationship. That way you aren't labeling yourself a cheater and feeling guilty about it.
For me, an ex is an ex for a reason. If there was something there, they won't be an ex. If he truly wanted a relationship with you, it won't just be when you are unavailable or put you in the friend's with benefit category (which is what you are). It sounds like you really want a relationship with the ex again but he doesn't.
Sorry, I go off of the 'He's Just Not Into You' thought process. You may be setting yourself up for continual disappointment with any relationship including the =ex-childhood friend if you continue this path of relationship sabotage.
I know exactly why he's my ex and why it didn't work..
It's strictly the physical attraction I have with him but there's a background story to it...
Thank you for your input.. can you plz read the background story of this... it's on my page
Let him go so he can find someone who is capable of cherishing him.
You also need to deal with the selfishness as no future relationship will fair any better with your current perspective on life and level of character.
Sorry to see you so lost.
Love yourself please, and let go of the crutches, drop your waterwings, and kiss your teddy bear goodbye.
No need to confess your sins to the boyfriend, cos your only using that as a crutch too.
We are weak and only the strong survive. Trouble is, we need to learn how to learn. Then we can move forward. Something has a hold on you. Is it nostalgia? Are you afraid to go it alone? Please dig down deep, let go of the past, learn what makes you cheat, and deal with it hardcore. Once you let go of the safety lines, you will be free to learn about life love and most importantly you. I suggest moving far away. Like really far. Good luck.
But thank you for trying to get me out of the beating myself up part. of all of this.
