So I tested this morning and nothing. So here is my problem. My dr. wants to do iui now. I have been reading that they aren't very great statistically. He says there are no other meds for me to try which I find hard to believe, I have only tried clomid. Please give me your opinions, ideas, suggestions! Thanks!

First sorry about your BFN, I got one this morning also. Secondly, GET ANOTHER DOCTOR! Are you seeing an RE or just an OBGYN? There are a ton of drugs out there. Good luck!

I am sorry! I agree with MikeysWife, get another doctor! There is so much out there and other ways besides IUI if that is not the way you want to go.

I am really sorry about your BFN. Remember, one IUI has around a 20% success rate, but multiple IUIs are much better. Good luck!

I agree, there is lots of meds. Femera is a pill like Clomid, just less s/e. Plus there are all the injectibles. Find a NEW DOCTOR!!! Plus I know a lot of people who have gotten BFP's through IUI. GL!

Sorry about your BFN. That sucks, plain and simple. I agree with the other ladies, get another doctor asap. Any doc who tells you there are no other meds besides Clomid clearly has no idea about infertility treatments! THere are a ton of other options out there for you, it may take a few more failed cycles to find one that works, but there are so many other options. Don't give up..and definitely find a new doctor. I am sorry about your BFN. I would say the exact same thing the other ladies have said. If your Dr is saying the only meds for you is clomid you need to see another Dr. Are you going to an RE or an OB? I would recommend seeing an RE if you are not already. Good luck to you and I hope you find a good Dr who gets another plan for you.

Im sorry about your BFN. There's really nothing I can say to take that pain away. Im here for you. Hang in there luv. On the doc thing...I'd do some research, sounds like he/she's living in the stine age. Hugs to you.
