If ever you feel really worried- just call your doctor or speak to their nurses- they will determine if you need to be worried or not...

You body is going through some big changes- all of those hormones- you definitely will be feeling different things along the way. You will have some pain especially when that belly starts to get big! Lots of muscles supporting your little one. Also, after all of the things you have done to become pregnant- your anxiety is certainly understandable. When in doubt- call the doc- but my gut tells me you'll be just fine :) If you get severe pain, though- make sure you call.

I could be wrong but doesn't progesterone cause some cramping??? Someone around here will know...

Totally normal! That is a good beta! Staying well hydrated can help the cramps sometimes. PIO/endometrin totally increases the cramps too. Try to relax and enjoy the beginning (easier said than done!)... DHs and my motto is (that we say plenty!), " we are doing everything we can do and that all we can do!"

Best advice is put your feet up, relax and let embie dig in!!! Congratulations :)

Congrats on your bfp! Cramping can be normal. Stay hydrated and take things one RE appointment at a time.

Cramps are totally normal, but call your doctor if you are worried. I had lots of cramping on and off through my whole first trimester. Fewer in the second, but still occasional. Your body is growing and changing and those hormones are crazy right now, so you will feel all this strangeness that you never expected. Hang in there!

Girls, thank you so much for your input/suggestions!! I go in tomorrow for another beta, I think it's the last one then keeping fingers crossed the following week I go for 1st ultrasound, so excited!! Cramps aren't so bad today but I still feel some, nothing severe just constant!! Thanks again :-)

I haven't been for my 2nd beta yet (my office does it four days after the first one) but I have been cramping basically since my transfer. not horrible, but they're there. my doctor told me it was totally normal, unless it becomes unbearable or bleeding occurs. Otherwise, not to worry! hope that helps you.

I had continued cramping too. I think it's the progesterone and your body adjusting.

This is my third pregnancy and I've been experiencing some bad cramps. I have Endo so I know bad cramps. The nurse wasn't concerned since I'm not bleeding. Make sure you're not constipated and that you don't have a uti. Both can be common in preggos and cause cramps. If it's neither of those, it could be those wonderful growing pains. Welcome to pregnancy!

I had cramps earlier in my pregnancy (I'm 15 weeks now - and still do occasionally). I worried too - but nothing was wrong. My dr assured that unless they are accompanied by heavy bleeding or are so bad you can't stand up, you're likely fine. She was right. Things are going well so far. Feel better!!!

I had PMS type cramping through the whole first trimester. The nurse said that many women complain of it because they think that it's a bad sign, but it's not. Even though baby is small, your uterus is making room for it, so cramping is normal.

Awesome news!!! Turn over the worry to a higher power. Your doc is happy and you deserve to (try) to be happy.

After my IVF and BFP I had ungodly cramps....like the worst cramps ever!! Hang in there
