You will get a break thru AF or possible full AF since you stopped BCP! Once you start your stim meds and IF you have AF, it should stop after a couple days!

I stopped my BCP's then went 2 days with no meds and the 2nd day, I got a little spotting but nothing to make me wear protection! Once I started Lupron, it slowly diminished.

I did not use BCP's but always get AF while taking Lupron. I can not start stim meds until on Lupron for 10 days AND AF for one day. (that is when I go in for baselines) But not all doctors are the same.

I used BCP and started taking Lupron on day 15. I began spotting up until day 22 and then had full AF.

I have always had AF on Lupron. It usually isn't as heavy as normal, but it hangs around for a few days. Good Luck this cycle!

My Dr has me on BCP for 2 weeks, after taking it for 1 week I start Lupron and take them both together for monday-sunday and then I stop the pill and I am supposed to get AF within a few days of stopping the pill and then start Gonal-F the following Sat, well last time I didnt get AF so that Friday I went in for B/w and they said my levels were where they needed to be so I could start Gonal-F, well I started AF that Sat morning and it was gone in a day as I started the Gonal-F.

My FSH is high so I did not do BCP and my Lupron dose was 5 not 10 - af was 3 days late for me, not everyone gets it though.

I had alot of bleeding with Lupron (almost a month)My body just could not tolerate the drug. I wish you the best of luck!
