I am an herbal apprentice and I would suggest using Nettle Leaf tea, caplets or tincture to help thicken your uterine lining!! Hope this helps! If you need any more information feel free to ask! Good luck!!!
Nettle Leaf Information:
High in iron and calcium and is good for treating anemia as it strengthens the kidneys as well as building blood and enriches and thickens the uterine lining. This enables implantation of the fertilized egg to occur. However people who either suffer from high blood pressure or fibroids should not use this herb.
I heard that red raspberry leaf tea helps too. Do you know if that's true. Having lining issues too....
Thanks for the question
Raspberry Leaf (Rubus ideas) does a whole slew of great things for pregnancy, delivery and post delivery but here is what I know about Raspberry Leaf (Rubus ideas) and fertility
Reduces miscarriage, relaxes and tones the uterine muscles, regulates the menstrual cycle, eases menstruation cramps and increases fertility in women and men
Raspberry Leaf is estrogenic (which means; having an action similar to that of estrogen) use with caution when taking similar hormones, lowers blood sugar (diabetics use with caution) not for women with endometriosis, fibroid tumors or reproductive system cancers (the estrogen like properties can aggravate these conditions) can interfere with the absorption of vitamins so take two hours before or after taking vitamins!
The company Traditional Medicines makes a great Red Raspberry Leaf Tea and also their Pregnancy Time Tea is loaded with useful herbs that are great while TTC!!
Hope this answers your question!!!

Thanks so much for the info. Do think its a good idea to use it if I'm taking estrace 3x a day and wearing the patch? Lining wasn't very responsive last time so were doing a more aggressive approach now. Just don't want to mess w/anything and make the situation worse.
Thanks again for the great info!
