I thought I would update you on my doctors visit which yielded some interesting information...
while it has been confirmed that I have a problematic fibroid which may require surgery :( and I am seeing an specialist in a couple of week, there was an interesting finding in terms of my blood test...
I am severely vitamin D deficient. This is what is causing my extreme tiredness. So I am now on supplements AND must take at least 30min of sunshine everyday.
Lack of Vitamin D is also said to blame for lowered infertility. So this may be providing another piece of the puzzle for my unexplained IF!
We are going to have DH tested for the same deficiency as vitamin D is important for sperm production and fertilisation.

I've heard several times from different RE's that Vit D deficiency does effect fertility. I hope this new information is your ticket to success :)
I'm low too but just below the standard. Currently, my DH and I are taking fermented cod liver oil by green pastures. I prefer this product because so many other Vit D supplements are made from lambs wool.
