Anyone out there TTC and over 40? I have two children so I know things work, but my last child was born over 12 years ago.
My FSH after CCT was 11.8, is that awful? I know it's not great, but how bad is it?

I'm no expert, but I believe that they had told me that a FSH of 12 is when they start getting concerned and it might take more to get pregnant.
HOWEVER, I've also read on the internet (so I don't necessarily trust it) that a 12 at one lab may not correspond to a 12 at another lab. I don't know if there is any truth to that. But, I wouldn't worry about 11.8 yet. The lab your doctor uses might just run high. I think only your doctor will know for sure if that is something to be concerned about.
My Re said anythng over 10 is a you might get pregnant, but it would be difficult and anything 15 and over is a no way you will get pregnant.
I hope this helps. Be sure to discuss it with you doctor though.
