Well, I made a post about a week ago about the very vivid and real dream I had, about having a positive pregnancy test. Well, I was 12 dpo yesterday and I decided I would test, just to get my mind from going crazy. BFN- then, the next time I went to the bathroom- SPOTTING... what a weird thing. It was like mentally I knew it was a BFN, so my body started spotting.
Anyways, I guess I am on to meds now... Last year, I went on Clomid for two cycles- before I knew I had endo, and a blocked tube. I went on it because of my spotting- to try to make me ovulate better. Well, it didn't work and I felt like crap. So, my new RE is suggesting Femara along with progesterone tablets(?) to see if that will help me ovulate better. I ov late and I spot for several days before each period. He also wants to try to unblock my tube.
I am very nervous about moving onto the next step. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has/is taking Femara, progeterone, or who has had a tubal cannulation done. Just want some hope, advice, or encouraging words. Thanks!

I have had some vivid pregnancy dreams in the past few days...I am definitely hoping!!
Femara is a lot better than Clomid. I had 4 follies in my right ovary and 0 in my left.
I even started to surge on my own which I never do with Clomid. I had my follie scan on CD 11 and my IUI was on CD 12. I'm currently 6dpiui and waiting to test on the 29th.
Good luck to you, I've heard many success stories with Femara.
