I'm at 7 weeks. Monday was a really tough day of cramping, Tuesday was okay until the evening. I would stand up and have to bend over and wait for the pain to go away. Today, Wednesday, we had intercourse and I bled and it looked like there was a clot in the toilet.
My clinic wants me to go to the ER for and Ultrasound. I'm trying to get ahold of my OB/GYN. I live 4 hours from my clinic and can't get there till tomorrow.
Anyone gone through this? Thanks in advance!

1 strong heartbeat & 1 weaker one. Most likely the weaker one will get reabsorbed. They'll know more with the next ultrasound in two weeks.
They said some ladies bleed and pass clots in the 1st trimester. ugg.
